When booking an appointment, all clients agree to the following at FACE L.A.B.B.

  • 30% Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE - under no circumstances.

  • Deposit is non-transferable.

  • If clients arrive to their appointment late, deposit is forfeited. There is a 5 minute grace period.

  • TRAINING ABSENCE FEE $250 PER DAY

  • Please ensure you do not bring any plus 1.

  • Clients have read FAQ page - click here.

  • We DON’T work on brows or lips that have been tattooed at another location that is not FACE L.A.B.B.

REFUNDS/EXPIRATION:

30% Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE - under no circumstances.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL at the point of purchase.

LASER HAIR REMOVAL Packages purchased must be used/completed within 8 months from the original purchase date. NO EXCEPTIONS

BODY SCULPTING Packages purchased must be used/completed within 2 months from the original purchase date. NO EXCEPTIONS

Cancellation Policy –

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to forfeit your Non-Refundable Deposit.

To avoid a cancellation penalty, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
